"I was thrilled to attend the 'Pathway in Robotics: Careers, Job Search, and Skill Development' digital conference last week. As a student, listening in on the discussions was incredibly inspiring and informative. The panelists delved into the core specializations within robotics 

engineering, networking strategies for professionals, technical and soft skills 

required for different roles, and how to get into many difficult roles at top 

robotics companies. I'm grateful to Arash Mohammadhasani for the innovation and to all the guest speakers for their valuable insights. The conference has sparked a keen interest in me for both the robotics industry and research. I look forward to exploring these pathways further and contributing to the exciting 

advancements in the field."
